Hubrunner (HR) may be great when you first sign up for their services, but they seriously lack customer care for clients they've had for over 5+ years. We never hear from them regarding our webpage (their services include a certain number of changes per month), but we sure as heck "hear" from them when they haven't been paid. By hear, i mean to say we get emails from them threatening to suspend our webpage. Now, I am VERY WILLING to take care of our bill.
I try to call them (quick challenge: see if you can find ANY telephone number for them), to schedule a call, because that's all you're allowed to do: schedule a call. They ask, via email, for you to login to your account and make the necessary changes to your payment, but are unreachable if you forgot your password and need it reset in order to do that.
You can call and leave a message and hope you get a call back, but if you don't, it doesn't discontinue the threatening emails. I am WILLING to take care of our payment, we just need some HUMAN to interact and help us. Think twice about employing this company. They do not seem to care about clients they've had for over 5+ years other than to receive our payment for which they've done nothing to earn.

Extremely untrustworthy & cheating company. They make false promises & do nothing other than billing you their monthly charges. I had been paying them for years and when I needed them for a project they had promised me, they refused and I sincerely believe that they do not have skilled professionals to do an ordinary project. I have all the E-correspondence which when I get some leisure time, will insert on the social media.
I terminated their services in December, 2016 and sent them notice that they immediately stop charging my Bank account. They did not honor it immediately, but delayed the migration of my website to the Server of my choice. Only after I warned them of the legal consequences, they migrated it but deafeningly charged my Bank account, which upon my request and presentation of E- Correspondence, my Bank reversed it.
Even after the blockage, they kept on charging my account but my Bank did not honor because of hold. They again sent me an E-mail from a fake address which would not accept my reply. I was solicited by a Sales girl Cassie Crudo, and just because of her I started with them. Until she was there, things were ok, but then She joined another Company. They did not have any sense of shame to bill my account even long after the Termination.
I would not have given them even 1/4 th of a Star, but then they would not let me post the review. I took this much pain, so that others may be alerted and do not fall in this trap. From their Website they pose themselves to be a high tech firm, but in fact it is all hoax. After they trap you, you can not contact them at all. If you send E-mail to the Support, they take 3 working days to respond so back & forth takes at least a week.
You can not contact them via phone. Please disregard the one Star that you see, as I already mentioned, with out clicking on the Star I could not have been able to post this review. SHAME ON HUBRUNNER & THEIR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. BUT MY COMMENDATIONS are FOR Cassie Crudo & She is not there any more. I will somehow trace her & Commend her. MY REVIEW is ZERO STAR.

Our company (Affiliated Children's Dental Specialists, located in Glendale, Arizona) had an excellent experience working with HubRunner on re-designing our website. We needed some serious help with our web design and in came an email from Hubrunner just in time. My initial phone call was very efficient and we got right to business. I was then set up with a designer and she heard what I had to say and put it into a beautiful website. The plan I chose allows changes which I have a feeling this will come in handy. All that I can say is wow! I decided to outsource our company's website late last year and decided to try Hubrunner. They took our old site, got the relevant content, created an incredibly beautiful and useful site in just a few days. Since then, I have asked for many updates and additional pages and they always are completed quickly. It is really like having a webmaster in house for us.
The customer service is fast, efficient and always helps us to get it right. Checking the analytics on our site has revealed even more about the quality of their work. Our bounce rate went from 86% to 37% meaning, people stay on the site to look around. It has already driven lots of additional requests for business. I've never worked with web folks who are so great at customer service. Cassie nearly always responded before I even finished my post-send proofread (what, I'm supposed to do that first?) and was always willing to see what could be done to accommodate our requests. Every option we saw was obviously a template-based design, but the team is adept enough at manipulating their templates to fit the needs we had, no matter what they were.
Full disclosure: We won our website through HubRunner's nonprofit giveaway, but since I'm not in accounting and I don't pay the bills at my office, it bears no weight on my rating.

We have been a customer with HubRunner for about six months now, and have had excellent results. Working with Dustin and Cassie has been very smooth, and they really have taken the time to get to know our business and create a rich website based on our technical needs. Additionally, we got a website that easily would have cost us $5,000 for a single low monthly fee and no contract. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and hard work. Cassie and the gang at hubrunner delivered way more than was promised, for an absolutely phenomenal price. They have been available and flexible throughout the web-design process, and were able to build us a great site that is professional and attractive. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone with a small business that needs a great website. It was worth twice what we paid!

WOW! Having been with Go Daddy for 8 years I was getting tired of the do-it-yourself web hosting gig. Not enough time to do a really good job and frankly, I don't have any desire to become a web designer. Got a call out of the blue from Cassie and figured I'd hear her out. The cost is reasonable, the service is excellent and my new website looks like I've always dreamed but could never put into reality!
My business is unique (aren't we all!) and I was worried about the massive amount of content to be ported over, but Cassie and her team did it, and did it in an organized, complete manner so I've got all my photos, content, and best of all, clean, organized site.
