I met the Kanoa guys in southern Sri Lanka this January during my surf vacation there. They are absolute nice guys and I had the chance to got an exclusive ride on there new HRT tech prototype board ans I just fell in love with it. I already own a Kanoa eggplant but this one is insane. The flex is amazing and it felt soooo good under my feet in 3-5ft waves.
I tried the fish btw : I can't wait so get my own one. furthermore, the support of the Kanoa guys is superb, if you have a question about there boards, or which one to choose, just get in contact with them and they will help you immediately. 5 Stars from me. hope to see and surf with you soon again. Normally I don't write recommendations, but when I do, I got a good reason to do so. So last year a friend recommended Kanao and let me try his Kanaoa Playground in 6'0. The Playground is a seriously good surfboard. Surfed it couple times and had to get myself one. It paddles great, catches waves early and feels super lively.
