My kids had both sent in an application and paid $50 each. The unit was labeled as $1300 for a two bed room. They had sent us lease information ready to be signed. We scheduled a tour to look at the unit, but when we arrived they told us all units are sold out for A YEAR. We drove an hour and took the day off for the appointment. I don't understand why they would charge application fees, send lease information, AND schedule a tour if all the rooms are already sold out. We feel completely baited by the price and ripped off by the company. I wonder how many families have been ripped off in the same way.

Isaiah was great and was very kind and courteous and showed my family and I everything we'd like to look at. He was very informative on our tour.

I have no idea if there is a limit in regards to the amount of reviews you can give to one establishment. Anyway I'm about to find out. Unfortunately I reside in this building. Emphasis on unfortunately. I have a loooong list of things I could tell you on why you should not live here. But that would be wasting my time since I already pointed that out to them and they're not going to change. Just don't move here. Just Don't.

Please help me show some recognition for STEVEN. He went out of his way to assist this girl who's car was broken down. It could have been anyone. Could have been your parent or sibling. He utilized his sources to make sure the car was parked in a safe area until she was able to get the help she needs. Everyone was safe and was taken care of. You rock Steve!

Well I quickly learned that it's 1 review per profile per establishment. Good thing I have two accounts. These people have an interesting way to deal with your mail. They not only hold onto into, they "Process it" into a system. They already lost a very expensive item and never took responsibility for it. They just simply said "We don't know" followed by questions like. Are you sure you purchase it? Was the address right?

Maybe you sent it somewhere else. Then they finally admitted the "Processed the item" but they're 100% sure they gave it to me. When I asked them to check the cameras they just said that they don't have access to it. They can't access it. Last thing they did was open my package. Like what? They open my mail and to see what was inside. these people are beyond. Stay away from here.

The building is always kept nice and tidy. My apartment is nice and spacious and all the finishes are super modern. The security guard is always keeping an eye out and that makes me feel safe too. People at the leasing office are pretty helpful and nice as well. Honestly the only con is parking is a pain. My guests have to pay for metered parking and I am still waiting for a parking spot to open up.

But besides that, everything is wonderful! UPDATE: Guys. Do. NOT. move. here. The power literally goes out twice a week and when it goes out, the outlets in your unit will not work and even the AC will turn off from time to time till maintenance has to come up and fix it. It was so bad once that the elevators stopped working and you had walk up and down the staircase in the PITCH BLACK. This went on for a total of three days and the best they had to say was "oops we're sorry."

The young lady that answered the phone was quite unprofessional. When I expressed my concern to her she lacked care and empathy. It's quite relevant that she is too familiar and comfortable with law enforcement visiting their property for illegal activities. Out of several floors located at this establishment she had the audacity to send me a picture of a missing poster (National Missing and exploited Children) of my daughter on 2 billboards.

When I inquired on what floors it would be in and what would occur if they were removed she failed to respond in a timely manner. Instead other events unfolded which lead me to believe that she contacted the tenant to which officers had questioned about my 16 year old whereabouts. Crossing my fingers that the management company has professionals who have integrity, work ethic, believe believe in proactive solutions. I've visited a few of their units. Proceed with caution. Outweigh your options prior to committing to this dump.

Medium luxury space with very clean maintained workers. However don't expect security to be up to par. Our garage had 3 motorcycles stolen from inside. Lastly The cost of rent changes without notice which is horrible and inconsiderate during a pandemic. Other than that staff was nice and neighbors were too.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about Identity because of the amazing amenities, design, etc for a affordable price. We live in Miami where everything is EXPENSIVE! Identify Miami is worth the cost. I hope everything goes great as I spend this year and hopefully future years here.
