Brian was honest, transparent, and was able to keep up with our questions and roll out a bunch of tips and tricks to help our pool company (shout out to MedHawk Pools & Patio in the North Dallas area) excel in its marketing endeavors. Michael Azcona is an all star. Such a pleasure to work with. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he genuinely wants to help small businesses. He called us looking to add our company to the BBB and he explained the benefits of being accredited, and how to network with other contractors, suggestions on advertising and tons more. He really opened our eyes to how big we can grow our company.

They cannot read complaints and the make up things you never said and that never to happened just so they can close your case. Would not even bother. You send proof with pictures, receipts, the whole thing and they tell you they cannot confirm what your saying and then proceed to lie on behalf of the business. This is not agency that exists to help consumers it's just another agency that exists to save the business image. Ridiculous.

Can't say enough about Mike Azcona, since our first year in business Mike has been there every step of the way! Great person to have on your team, the advise and suggestions he has given us from time to time has been beneficial to our growth and reputation. Highly recommend you give him a call especially if you are just starting off as a company please use him as a resource he is more than willing to help where he can.
