Efelle is something special. I hired them to design my web page in 2016 and they did a fantastic job. I've hosted with them since then, but had a technical issue (on my side) in January that was complicated and involved some business-impactful issues. Fred (the founder and CEO) was willing personally got involved to make sure my business was up and running and made everything ok.

Company seems to have gone out of business. Multiple calls to sales, general, and tech support have gone unanswered. Customer support form has gone unanswered. They continue to bill every month, but are unable to be contacted for even routine services.

Re-marking and yet again making a whole site seemed like a particularly overwhelming errand from the beginning, yet with the Efelle group on board to assist with driving the way, all that felt like it abandoned a hitch.
