I hired this company to build a new website and made 50% payment upfront. 2 1/2 months later they never completed a single page. They then stated they needed my code to continue otherwise "they were wasting their time." I requested refund, they ignored my request for 2 weeks, I then filed a BBB complaint. Then their President, Russ Bruno, attempted to bribe me by emailing that "he will not refund anything unless I remove my BBB complaint." This company is a scam and is fraudulent - stay away!

I couldn't be happier with the design of my site! I've worked with two other web designers in the past but they could barely get my concept let alone code a website. Assorted Design was prompt, listened to what I needed and finished my site to exactly what I wanted! Thanks guys!

I started a new business and turned to Assorted Design in 2014. It is a weight loss center in the 3rd largest market in the US. I had them build my page, do my SEO, and create my social media. In 90 days I was on the first page. My business exploded. Over the last three years my business has grown to multiple locations and I got over 10k clicks to one of my sites last month. Assorted held my hand as I grew. Michelle is my contact person and is always available.

She has set up calls, and training's to educate me on all the moving parts of SEO and social media marketing. Now I actually understand the process and can articulate it when in 2014 I didn't know a thing. I sometimes wonder what would have happened if I didn't meet with Russ and start with Assorted Design. I am willing to bet I wouldn't be a national company this year, top ranked in every market, with a successfully store front and e-commerce site.

This company, also known as "Assorted Internet" and by "Global Visions, LLC" is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. Terrible customer service and rigidly unwilling to pick up a phone and call you to answer a simple question. Backstory: I had my website's domain name registration & renewal managed by another domain name provider. Then, unbeknownst to me, that company went out of business and sold the business to Assorted Internet.

Then suddenly in August 2016 I go to our company's website (we're a small business) only to discover that the website is down - because our website's domain name had expired. Assorted Internet failed to inform us of this fact in advance. I tried frantically for three days to get someone to call me back to resolve the issue. There is no phone number on their website: http://assortedinternet.com/ to call for billing issues.

There was one phone number (apparently the main number). So I called it. No one answered and the voice message said "You have reached 813-293-6991", rather than the name of a person or the name of a business. That raised a big alarm bell right there. When I found the billing person via email (not an easy process), she refused to call me or provide a phone number for me to call her.

Their website offers a "24 / 7" online chat support option but when you click on it, it takes you to a page that says "Website is temporarily unavailable." And it has been unavailable for several days (maybe months, for all I know.) I sent an email to the only email address on their website, support@assortedinternet.com, and it bounced back undeliverable. (Eventually it did work but it seemed to be hit and miss when it was working or not.) My emails to my main technical point of contact, someone named "Russ" made it through about half the time and the other half resulted in a bounceback mail failure message.

I asked this company's staff via countless emails to just tell me HOW MUCH DO I OWE YOU to renew our website domain name! I never got a reply - by phone or email - to that basic question. I finally, out of sheer frustration, gave them my credit card. And only after they emailed me a payment confirmation email did I find out how much they charged.

I had several other basic questions (such as "what is the admin website and how do I find my account login) and they simply ignored these questions over and over. The people at Assorted Internet / Assorted Design / Global Visions are slow, flaky, unresponsive and apparently terrified of picking up a phone and talking to an actual customer. They clearly have no idea what basic customer service means.

If you have your domain name or web hosting through them, I strongly suggest you look for an alternative provider. They are completely unreliable and unresponsive. Just exhausting people to work with. I found an alternate domain name provider and have initiated the process of transferring my domain name registration & renewal to them so that I hopefully never have to work with this terribly inept company again.

These people don't deserve even one star! They NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return your calls! BUYER BEWARE!
