Cicada was founded in 1995 as a sole proprietorship and was incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolina in 1996. Supporting our customers is built into our DNA. Once in the early days of ecommerce we received a 3:00a.m. call from the employee of a client. There was no problem with their web application.
At Cicada Consulting Group, we are committed to developing database-driven web applications to meet the needs of our clients. Our goal is to help our clients create effective, useful services in a cost effective way. Because the majority of the work we do is web based, we allow clients to see their application as it's being developed by posting the most recent build of the application as frequently as updates allow. This helps ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the work we are doing.
