The Validation Service will identify any errors in website code. There are exceptions to the rule, as some website applications cannot comply to W3C standards. But for the most part, the average web site can be coded to be a valid Web 2.0 web site. If you require a specific website application or functionality that cannot validate, Michael Rassel will make every effort to minimize the errors.

My experience was the exact opposite of the review I just read. I had a great experience working with Razworks. He has built two websites for me and actually partnered with me on the second one financially because I ran out of money. This is why I do not understand the previous review.
