Allow me to be the first from this last tornado in Belleville to report. It's been 11 hours so far. We were told power would be up at least 4 hours ago. I look out my window and it's dark as far as the eye can see. Nobody has power. When will it be back up? Who knows. They say there are workers out there checking it. I walked around my neighbourhood and nary a truck to be seen. Guess they're invisible. Nice job!

May 27 and the absolutely worst customer service possible. 30 homes on our street in Port Perry without power again this time since last night at 8:30. Told 3 to 4 hours at that time and then called before the sun came up this morning and was told 8:30 am and called again this morning and was told they don't know when it will be fixed. Our neighbours who have different suppliers had their hydro on 24 hours before us on the initial storm outage and no outages since. Too bad we can't shop for suppliers. I would provide a rating of '0' if I could

So glad I have no other choice but to pay this company for their sub-par services. 4 going on 5 days without power because of a wind storm. I understand the severity of damage this storm has caused however what I don't understand is the lack of accurate and timely communication. Originally was told it would be 6 hours. Now I can't even get a rep on the phone and there has been all but useless communication through twitter.
Their outage map is never correct. They have pushed the zone ETR several times then say it's restored when it's not. Thanks to this incompetent joke of a company I'm out $100's of worth of food and $100's more in gas. Every street surrounding ours has had power days ago and I can't even get a simple answer as to why ours isn't back up. To top it off they have the audacity to tweet about how they are giving off peak rates today for the holiday when over 10,000 people can't even cook a meal or take a hot shower. If you are looking for a company that takes zero responsibility for handling your vital services, look no further.

Horrible customer service. Was on hold for 54 minutes and the call ended without talking to anybody. Took another 54 minutes on hold until I finally got through. I was told power would be back up by 6pm May 22 then after another hour of elevator music at 8pm I was told it would be up at 9pm now after 2 hours on hold they say 2pm tomorrow. Absolutely no respect for the people paying their wages. No crews anywhere in site but they say we are working on it. Third world countries have better recovery times than Elexicon!

Lost power due to the storm on May 21st. Outage map is not user friendly and the date of restoration keeps getting pushed. I do not see their truck or crew in our neighborhood. Try being more transparent and manage your customer's expectation. It would be better to pick a reasonable date for restoration then to push the time more than 4x. I tried calling and cannot reach anyone. As of May 23 still no power and who knows when it will come on. Cannot rely on them!

Every executive should have their salary garnished by a week of pay for every hour our power is out; results would improve tremendously! We had a mild thunderstorm and our power WAS OUT FOR 28 HOURS! With climate change, weather will like get worse and with the exorbitant amounts we pay for electricity, some of the highest in the world, we expect that the bare minimum for our infrastructure to be able to keep up!

Due to the F2 tornado destruction in Uxbridge, we were without power for 7 days. We have absolutely no complaints. Elexicon crews, with assistance from Niagara Falls, Owen Sound, New Brunswick, and Georgia crews worked 24/7 to make repairs to not only downed wires and poles, but also a damaged substation which took a direct hit. Our power was restored 24 hours ahead of schedule. Thank you for your hard work!

Terrible. We live in South Ajax. More than 26 hours without power. How can these people sleep at night when we are in this situation. Seriously? No plan for these situations? Even 1 star is a lot for this company. They should be responsible for everything that has happened to us. No communication, no update in year 2022. What you provide us with we pay for it and you should be responsible for it. Terrible!

Been without power since Saturday, was supposed to be back on Tuesday, then got pushed back to Wednesday still nothing. Now they are saying Saturday. This is ridiculous a whole week without power. You'd think a company that a town relies would be better equipped for a minor Wondstorm. 1-2 days is understandable but a whole week? Horrible company
