Just in time for Thanksgiving, you remind me once again how thankful I am for you and EPHost. Everything seems to be working, better than before. I just wanted to say that I got some help from Tegan today when I needed some virtual directory setup done. He was great - got the job done even though we hit a couple of technical glitches and did it all efficiently and pleasantly. Big thumbs up. Over the dozen or so years i've been with eph, tech support has always been the number #1 positive attribute of the company.

Our Unlimited Plan gives you ample space and freedom to host as many websites as you need. At just $5.00 more than our EP Pro plan it's a great deal. In many cases, the installer will perform regular backups and even upgrade many applications automatically. Performing regular backups, beyond our included daily backup service, is ideal for storing specific versions of your files before they are modified. You can also take a point-in-time backup of your databases and restore them with just a few clicks to protect your data.
Cloud Servers are ideal for a wide range of applications as they provide the benefits of having your own dedicated server but at a more affordable price. Our Cloud Servers are priced using a flat-rate model that is substantially less than a dedicated server pricing. To extend server resources like CPU, RAM and HDD space traditional dedicated servers require physical replacement of these components.
Most dedicated server providers assume that if you have administrative access to your servers then they can't manage your server because it's out of their control. At EPhost we work together with you to provide managed services while still providing you the flexibility of having administrative access to your server.
Our integrated ASP.NET based Control Panel System enables you to easily switch between frameworks v3.5 and v4.6 with a few clicks. Easily support legacy applications as we support classic and integrated Application Pool modes. ASP.NET can be written in a variety of languages including C# and Visual Basic (VB)-- even has integration with ColdFusion.

My agency has been using - and referring clients to - EPHost for probably coming up on 15 years. Downtime is rare, they have a lot of offerings so it's easy to get our clients on the right plan, and they always go out of their way to help us whenever we have an issue (or can't figure something out). Joe Rebis is the best, I cannot recommend his company enough.

Over the past 6+ years, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service at EP Host. I have had many problems over the years because I am not a techie, and I sometimes need some hand-holding. Of all the times, and there have been many, I have had to ask for help, just once, the service was not as good as all the other times due to a new employee. However, the problem did get resolved.
I have come to rely on EPHost. While other companies have tried to get me to leave, I stay with EPHost. I can count on EPHost to be reliable, trustworthy, and when I encounter a problem, I know that the EPHost techs will solve it. If you are looking for a reliable hosting company, a company you can TRUST, one that does NOT treat you as "just a number, " a company that is willing to listen to your concerns or problems and willing to help. I have been a client of EPhost for many years. I have always found their service to be exceptional. Most support issues are handled immediately or very nearly so. Our company Pure water Technology of San Diego uses them and they are absolutely the most fantastic company. They are professional and extremely helpful always going above and beyond to make sure our questions or issues are resolved promptly.
