I've been coming to Vivia Center for the past two years, and I'll keep coming back. Bianca and Dawn are an awesome team, and always provide the best service and care. They don't try to sell you services that you don't need, and they offer their honest and professional opinions when it comes to getting any fillers or Botox. I always recommend Vivia Center to my friends and family, because I know it's the best place to go to.

After researching many places to get my first lip filler, i decided with Vivia center and I'm sooo glad i did! This place was such a great experience! Vianca was sooo helpful and was thorough and honest with what type I should use on my lips. Dawn is an amazing injector and made my lips look symmetrical, plump, and took her time looking at them throughout the process to ensure they were filled evenly and shaped the way I wanted. Vianca even came in to check on me and was super supportive and sweet throughout the whole process. I would recommended this place to everyone and will definitely be going back again!

Such an amazing place! The facility was clean, and you can tell that the health and safety of guests are top priority. The staff was extremely welcoming, especially Vianca the manager. It was my first visit and she really calmed my nerves and walked me through the process. Dawn is amazing as well I am very pleased and will definitely return soon!

I came across Vivia Center MedSpa via Groupon. I purchased a Groupon for lip filler and have to admit I was a bit nervous as I have been disappointed with lip fillers I received with other medical spas in the past. The filler either wore off quickly or I had painful lumps and/or bruising. I'm happy to say that I am more than pleased with Vivia Center.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly, the office was clean and covid protocols were in place and taken seriously. The consultant, Vianca, was very professional, helpful and knowledgable. The different options of filler were explained and after stating what I was trying to achieve, we decided on one syringe of Volbella. The injector, Dawn, was fabulous and did a wonderful job.

She introduced a new technique they started using and I have been the happiest I've ever been with the final result. She explained the after care thoroughly and demonstrated instructions afterwards. My lips are soft and natural and definitely fuller. No bruising at all! I will definitely be going back for future procedures. I 100% recommend Vivia Center MedSpa. Came here for the first time getting lip filler and had such a great experience! The front desk receptionist/consultant, Vianca, was so professional and helpful. She was super nice and was very knowledgeable. The injector, Dawn, also did a fabulous job and made me feel at ease during the procedure. The results came out very natural, just as I asked for.

Very clean location and takes the covid virus seriously, so no need to worry. I will 100% be coming back to this location for other procedures in the future. 10/10 recommend!

I went for their open house in Feb. I went with the intention just to inquire about lip fillers and other cosmetic procedures, I wasn't planning on leaving with something in my face that day. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, then helped myself the the open house snacks and mimosas! The suite is quaint, clean and relaxing. I was then brought into a room for a consultation with their sales rep whom was so sweet and informative about lip fillers because she has them also.

She gave me a great rate for 1 syringe restylane filler that I couldn't refuse. The NP Dawn came in to inject me with filler after numbing cream was placed on my lips. Dawn was very precise and careful with the syringe and she made sure my lips were even. Dawn was great as well as their sales rep. Only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars is I need more lip filler for the look I want to achieve and I've already booked an appointment for more filler. Other than that I'd recommend to anyone, everyone was delight to interact with.

I have been going to Vivia Center for years. The technicians have always been very friendly to me and extremely helpful. They have even made me laugh during laser hair removal, not an easy task! I love that after treatments I do not walk into a crowded parking lot but can easily slip into my car and drive away, no worries of running into someone. I have never had much of an upper lip so, I had the Dr. put a little bit of Restylane in and it looks so natural!

I love it! I have never been anything but completely satisfied with my services from the technicians or the Dr. at Vivia Center! Update: I was shaving during COVID when it occurred to me. why? Why am I doing this? I called and got a apt when they re-opened. I was nervous about the pain and it was painless! I have been in A LOT more discomfort having my 2 year old pinch me. I am actually excited for my next treatment.
