Not sure if I had some twisted weird experience, but interacting with this company has been more trouble than it's worth. I was taking a class at UC through CCM that required me to use this service, 80 dollars to register a domain and use All Web Now to host it. Nothing about this process was user friendly, but Ben did refund me my 55 dollars for his service when I asked.

He couldn't refund the extra 25 because he doesn't run the domain registry but it's been 6 months since I used this service and I'm still getting spam calls related to the domain. I've purchased other domains in the past with no spam and I've used more user friendly website editors than the one associated with this service.

These folks have the best customer service and always willing to help. I switched from GoDaddy after 18 hours long the phone over there days with a cache issue that GoDaddy wasn't willing to resolve for me without paying lots of money for top tier support. All web now not only moved all my sites over for me but fixed the problem all included in my hosting. so easy to work with.!
