Have had my art printed at a few places in sydney and Darkstar is my favourite. Quality is amazing. Process to get things printed is easy and efficient.

The BRILLIANT Christian assisted with my daughter's complex HSC 3D Major Work, grasping the concept quickly from the outset, making excellent suggestions as to the production process and using his invaluable expert knowledge regarding the prototyping, sublimation onto fabric, and framing. His calmness and professionalism at all times with every aspect of the job made everything run smoothly, efficiently, and without a hitch.

Was charged $45 for 3 A3 prints that were of terrible quality. When I received them, I asked if there was anything they could do to fix it, and the man said no. Very disappointed considering I had spent so much time designing the design for an important uni assessment. Won't be recommending these guys to any of my uni friends!

Really disappointing experience at Darkstar Digital. Last week I went to print business cards and was offered to have them cut for me. I was told an invoice would be sent to me when they were ready to collect but I never received one. My friend went anyway to collect for me. But when I received the cards, they were cut extremely crooked and over 90% looked like parallelograms.

Cool shapes but not the artwork I supplied. It was due to a mechanical error I was told. I called for an immediate next day reprint which was done. Richard was kind about it and apologised but when I looked through the new cards they had been printed on the wrong stock. I had asked for the Mohawk Eggshell 324gsm paper. But got most of the cards printed on a random lighter weight bright white paper.

You messed up once due to a lack of care and attention and was given the chance to redeem yourself and restore the consumers confidence but messed up again.due to a lack of care and attention. The carelessness on both occasions has made me question if I should come back. A 10% discount on my next visit probably wont be enough to convince me.

Highly recommend these guys. Super, super helpful and really great quality prints at a reasonable price. I've used them for both photographic and art prints. I've always brought my print in on a USB and they've been able to help on the spot with a last minute job (small quantities). They have a wide variety of papers and print surfaces, it's worth going in and chatting with them to see what your options are before setting up your print if you want a more unique finished product.

Exceptional service. If you are looking for super high quality printing these are your guys. Both Richard and Christian were extremely helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain their process and run me through the various papers and printing methods they offer. All class. 5 star service. 7 star quality. Could not recommend enough
