I just wanted to say that I did have an issue with my glasses and my sunglasses but they were very patient with me and made it right. they remade the lenses and now they work great. very courteous along the way. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever for my son. The ladies that were assisting were both rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this place to a single person. My son was so traumatized and they really didn't seem to care one bit. I will say, the eye doctor wasn't bad and I think his name was Landon. So I want to at least make that clear.

He was super nice so I don't want to throw shade at him necessarily. It was the assistants that had bad vibes and energy and were not very kind throughout the process. They told me that the whole 40 minutes of testing my 4 year old did was a waste because he wouldn't do the second eye drop. Which is ridiculous in my opinion. I would have liked at least some educated guess on how we should proceed. It was just overall an unpleasant experience. Maybe I just got unlucky and got horrible workers that day because I'm wondering why they have such good ratings.

Dr. Sis is amazing. So I do not usually do reviews but as a mom of a autistic boy who is very busy I understand how challenging it is to I take them in for these kind of appts. Dr. Sis is so patient and has a real gift to work with challenging kidos. After Maureen helped him pick out the right glasses and was also so patient and amazing with him and took the time to teach him how they cut lenses and the process of making the glass. Makes a mom's heart happy to work with people who care about their kids.

Very frustrated. Paid for and had a contact lens exam. Went in later to get contacts and was refused even though prescription was less than a year old. Apparently I didn't call them back to tell them which sample lens I preferred within 90 days. Now they won't finalize the exam and won't sell me contacts and my only option is to schedule a new exam again when it has not even been a year since my last one. I got zero contacts except for the samples. I feel cheated. Never again.

This is one of those special places you want to tell your friends about. Been going there for several years and they have earned my trust and appreciation. Dr. Forliti and Dr. Toldo are outstanding, and have great technicians like Fiona and Ben supporting them. Folks in optical are friendly and helpful in choosing frames. Just a great place all around.

Excellent staff, doctors, and facility. everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. good atmosphere, they make you feel welcome. Hidden gem of eye care centers in the metro area.

I had some initial issues with scheduling, and I ended up taking a day off work for nothing, so I was frustrated with the company before I even walked in. Dr. Sis more than made up for the scheduling issue; she was amazing with my 5 year old daughter and I found her to be very knowledgeable and competent. I am grateful that I stuck with them and I hope those that need specialized care with their little ones will give them a shot!

I had a wonderful experience at BEC. The staff is super friendly, it's clean and pleasing to the eye to make it comfortable and not overwhelming. I even got a free ice cream voucher for Big Dipper for being a good patient. They also were willing to work with my financial situation. I will be back for all my optical needs.

Literally everyone at Blaine Eye Clinic is nice, helpful, and super good with kids! Fiona helped my son with getting different lenses in that he was having trouble with. She was kind and patient. Holly at the front desk was able to make us a late appt to work around my work schedule and my son's school schedule. Very happy and will be coming here from now on!

I've gone to Blaine Eye Clinic for a few years, and they have always been professional, thorough, and warm. Today I went in for my (late due to the pandemic) annual check-up. I've worked from home for more than a year, so being in public places can be anxiety-inducing and surreal at the very least, but the staff at Blaine Eye Clinic made the entire process feel very normal.

Everything was smooth and personable, even with additional COVID precautions (which I am incredibly thankful for) in place. I trust them with my eye health and vision, and always enjoy my visits there. I'm grateful that such a great eye clinic is local!
