CSC Snapshot is a great way to quickly identify issues with your AWS account in the areas of cost, security, and compliance. We deliver a published report that highlights the issues and provides your team with insights for remediation. The goal is to ensure a healthy Cloud environment, resolve deficiencies before they become issues, and educate your team on continuous Cloud hygiene. As a trusted advisor, we'll discuss the findings with you and how we can help. Our CSC Snapshot was very enlightening.

Extremely poor communication. Mark makes appointments and doesn't keep them. Leaves our building fob and gate access system completely inaccessible and non-functioning for weeks to months at a time, thereby effecting the lives of over 150 tenants. System has not worked properly on a consistent monthly basis since the day of installation.

Gary Liquori has sold us over 5 welders in the past year. The reason why we keep going back is the exceptional service he provides. Any question we can throw at him, he has an answer. He goes above and beyond for us whenever needed. Driving 2.5 hours out of his way to show up in person to teach or do demos is one of his best weapons in his customer service arsenal.

Having met with the Innovative team on multiple occasions, within various levels of their organization, I want to highlight the transformation this company has gone through over the past few (perhaps three) years. The new leadership, headed by Justin Copie, is 100% focused on growth of employees, quality of life and maintaining a strong presence in Rochester.
There are critical reviews from the past, which I am sure are truthful and accurate, that simply are now a thing of the past if I am to cross-reference their timelines with that of Justin's move into ownership of the company. Of course the talent/personality does not end with him - I have spoken with folks from the development team, office management / executive assistance, managers, VPs - they have been great folks to get to know and I have a genuine trust in them.
