Top notch professionals. The team is approachable, USA based (Richmond, VA), and gets things done quickly. Our e-commerce site needs updating and changing quite often and the team gets it done within hours. Our company has been assigned a contact person. and (like everyone else) we go right to the TOP! The ENTIRE team from owner(s) to the guy that sweeps the floor is the absolute best there is. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Can't say enough good things about Ameronix!

Ameronix saved my business! Before Ameronix I was using a $35/hour remote firm "in Atlanta." I was so happy I was saving money, and I thought I was so smart. Suddenly that firm collapsed and I was out of a website. I hired a private investigator to find them but we came up with nothing - false number, false address. Apparently this is a common mistake when hiring remote freelancers.
I think I contacted every single brick-and-mortar website developer in Richmond after that. After being so burned I was incredibly critical. I knew I needed something reliable, local and yet available and also affordable. I was amazed by how many businesses in Richmond charge nearly twice as much as Ameronix for the same product. I decided to go with Ameronix mostly because the person doing sales knew every in and out of what he was talking about - so many other people I talked to didn't know anything about actual website coding. Ameronix completely saved my business.
They created my site, www.partyrva.com, on a custom PHP website that worked much better than the previous site. Thomas, the developer for my project, is fantastic. The team is available weeknights and weekends if there are any problems during those times. I can't believe how fast Thomas works and responds. Everything is on basecamp and details are not lost. THANK YOU Ameronix for doing a fantastic job!

I contacted Ameronix in 2011 and overpaid them $3000 to create the design and Content Management System (CMS) for my website. I supplied the photos and all of the writing content. The CMS did not contain all of the functionality that was agreed upon and I subsequently needed the "news" section removed from my homepage. After asking the Project Manager why I couldn't perform this task myself in the CMS, he stated it would be an extra $500 for his team to perform this task separately. Excuse me but this functionality was agreed upon and was to be included in the $3,000. Don't go here.it is much easier to find elsewhere that has more professional and less snobby customer service.

I paid Ameronix $6000 a couple years ago to build a website for me. They were half the price of what everyone else was aksing so I should have known they sucked. They took forever to finish the site, and I could tell by their attitude that they realized that they should have quoted me a higher price. I even hired them to add something else to the site because I kind of felt bad. Anyway, now they won't even respond to an e-mail I sent them.
All I asked was if they had some info that the hosting company was aksing me for. They are such jerks that they can't even respond with "No, we don't have that", or something similar. Don't waste your time or money with these guys! They will quote you the lowest price, then it's like pulling teeth to get them to do their job. Once they have your money they will not even acknowledge your existence.
