I had Effusion design a website for me about 2 years ago and halfway through the project the COVID-19 shutdown happened, about eight months after the shutdown I contacted the team at Effusion and basically changed the entire design of the website because I had a complete change of careers, the team stuck with me despite how difficult and uneducated I was relating to the digital space.

I commend them for sticking with me and completing the project ahead of the new timeline we laid out. Busy business owners beware about using this company. They charge you up front and if you have any issues the owner is very defensive and will not honor his deals. Small business that runs on taking peoples money up front weather they provide any services or not. I had this issue 3 times with Robert and cant believe how he would treat a small business. Terrible service and worst customer experience.

Rob was great to work with, amazingly responsive and with an unbelievably quick turn around time. He stepped in to clean up and add a few extras to a website that had been designed and built for me by a prior firm (the relationship had frayed) and he blew me away with how fast and cost effective working with him was.
