I interviewed i-tul Lead Amanda before i went into contract with them. I-Tul stated to me that they had a huge familiarity and history with the industry I am in, i find out later that they lost contract with my 1st line provider do to i-tul's inability to figure out API. I spent 10's of Thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it. NOTHING!
At the time I cancelled my contract with them their name "i-Tul" came to be obvious, before I knew it there work on my site and contract became I-TUL or Stagnant and nothing other than bills were making there way to me. never ask me if i had concerns, needs, wants and in fact many things via BASECAMP that I had brought to their attention NEVER got any response. why is that? they just stopped working on my site and such, Im not hard to work with. I was expecting i-tul to lead me down a path for this project, i believed web design and MMM to be their expertise. no their expertise is in billing and going i-tul!

I originally engaged with I-Tul for a website design in 2011. I again did a complete redesign for a responsive site in 2015 and went right back to I-Tul because of the great experience the first time. Just as the first time, the team was able to communicate, visually, what my company is all about. Just this week, I again engaged them for a "call to action" idea, and they were right on it. Thanks I-Tul!

I'll start with the pros- They are good at writing contracts and taking your money. They have a pretty easy to use support ticket system that allows you to communicate with their staff but half of the time tickets are closed without real solutions or answers. They designed a website that looks nice on the outside. They will throw some free hours in to supposedly fix issues but those hours will likely be spread over a span of six months.
For a great price of $250 a month you can have a pretty website that doesn't work. If you have a very basic website you can likely do it yourself, my website was admittedly more complicated but nothing that couldn't be figured out. I would not recommend this company to anyone with a deadline or a budget.
