We had a few hardships with this website designer. If you prefer phone interactions than this might not be the designer for you. I found it very frustrating that every time I tried to speak with someone they would relay the message through email and were very hesitant to call as they were always "busy". When I would finally get ahold of someone they were very condescending. Anytime we mentioned we might move over to a new provider they would get extremely defensive which was pretty unprofessional.
When we finally decided to move over to another provider, they did not give us the courtesy of giving us a heads up that they were disconnecting our dns which would cause our emails to shutdown. We will not be using them again.

My husband and I interviewed a lot of web design agencies for our new business that incorporated IDX.
