Union street media was great to work with. They were very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a page and anticipate using them again.

The bottom line for me is the search results on my site are not consistent with the MLS. It's especially true when my buyers want to add filters like waterfront or mountain views. In this competitive 2021 market the results are unacceptable. After alerting the company to the problem and dealing with it for several months, I finally had enough and. requested they release me from the remainder of our contract since they have been unable to deliver what any reasonable person would expect.

The answer I got a clear and emphatic no. I continue to pay a large sum every month for a site that does not perform for my clients. Union Street touts all the features and customizability of their sites, but this most basic function is fundamentally flawed. Two thumbs down.

As a smaller real estate office I was reluctant at first to bother having a new website designed and hosted however I have been extremely pleased with the support I have received since launching out new site. It has given me an opportunity to present my office in a very professional manner and the app allows me to edit almost every aspect of the site at anytime. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about getting away from Wordpress.

Union Street media is very disappointing as a web design and service provider. About a year ago I hired Union Street for my brokerage and have found them disorganized, slow, hard to communicate with, and they had absolutely no urgency whatsoever to get our site up and running. It was actually about 3-4 overdue. When I told the sales representative about this, and asked what we could do to fix it.(very politely and professionally I might add) He argued with me a told me we were right on target - this was after the person actually working on the site told me they were definitely behind. Not worth the time, effort, or the money.
