I would like to thank Media Mouse Ink for helping me start my business. They invested time into finding the right business name, logo, color scheme, developed a website, and business cards to launch my business. Suzi and Dave were open to any suggestions as well as feedback of their own to help perfect what I wanted. Even when my business was established, they continued to be there to enhance my website and add specialized touches. I'm very appreciative and so excited to show off my website that Dave created with Media Mouse Ink! I am a designer myself and work with adobe illustrator/photoshop and created a website with Wix 3-4 years ago for a different business I own. With that said, working with Dave and getting that one on one interaction with the design process paired with his knowledge and experience, I could have not created what he has done for us, myself or with a "do it yourself" website platform like I did before.

When I compare the two, the quality, dimension, customer service, feedback on what works well and what doesn't, customization and variety are very opposite. I kept giving him ideas, changed my previous ideas and he was very patient and honest about what imagery would look great for our website. I also love that this is a established family owned business with tons of experience, I enjoy supporting local and felt we got that wholesome customer service compared to an online entity that would take days to respond to one question.

With my OCD design passion, that would have equated to A LOT of waiting time because of all the ideas I had. The cost was also very affordable and he was clear on what ideas I had that would fall in my budget and what ideas were possible but would be outside my budget. For what I wanted outside of my budget, we found a good compromise I was happy with. Again, thank you Dave for everything, I'm so proud of the final product!

I was referred to Media Mouse Ink/Dave Weber from another person who specializes in websites and internet marketing. The first time I spoke with him I found him to be very helpful and I planned on following up with him to do some work for me but I got busy. A year or two later I contacted him again and he actually remembered talking to me before and remembered some of what we had discussed.

After meeting him for the first time in person I decided to have him redesign my website and do some internet marketing for me. I've enjoyed working with him, he's provided valuable insights and has stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I really like that he's easy to get in touch with and I'm able to stop by his office any time to discuss things. Working with him I've been able to get the services I need, everything has been done well, done quickly, and the prices were much lower than the other people I contacted.

I am very pleased with Dave's great design and quick turnaround. Working with Dave was a very pleasant experience. His friendliness and professionalism is refreshing! With Media Mouse's help our website now has an updated look and great functionality. I am also pleased with the ongoing monitoring service to timely address tweaks and modifications to keep the website optimized, functional and current.

David and Suzi are very accommodating and easy to work with. They have managed our website for several years. Today it is extremely difficult to call a business and get in touch with a person. If you get their voice mail and leave a message, they return your call promptly. I was receiving 100's of spam emails a day and David took care of and is saving me hours of time and therefore I'm more productive. Suzi Vincent is a wonderful creative talent and has done all of my marketing material since I started in business. I have had many people approach me about doing marketing with them and I always work with Media Mouse Ink. I cannot imagine working with anyone else.

I needed a website designed and a webform created for online ordering. Dealing with Suzi, the owner was fine, if not a little slow at times. Understandable if the office is handling multiple jobs. The website that was designed was very nice, but nothing spectacular. No complaints, that's pretty much what I wanted. My main issue is with Dave Weber, the person who was supposed to design my webform.

From the moment I met him, he came across a bit arrogant. Hey, people are different, right? But, he said he could do the work and knew what I wanted and that he'd get it done. Problem is, it wasn't done. Not in the least. It took far too long to get some progress made, and I had to call them back a few times just to get a status update on the job.

The form he created was hastily made and incomplete. Even when I sent him a working demo of what I wanted, it still wasn't as well made as it should have been. After meeting with Suzi and Dave for the last time, I was told the job would be done in week; it wasn't. Later that month; it wasn't. Dave called to schedule a meeting to get it right, but then cancelled that meeting three times.

The last time, he actually called my cell phone, FROM HIS OFFICE, and told me he was too sick (cough, cough) to meet. I haven't heard from either Suzi or Dave since. I wasted 4 months of my time for a job I ended up taking to GoDaddy and doing myself in 4 days. Dealing w/ Suzi might be fine, but I would never deal with Dave Weber again. If you're looking for something simple, look around and see if you can't make it yourself, first!
