Einstein's Eyes

We hired Einstein's Eyes to update our existing website. We emailed him (we think it's a one-person shop) two pages of changes, bulleted and paid him half the agreed upon amount. He completed one page of changes and asked for the rest of his money. We went through the unfinished changes with him, reminded him we had an agreement, and he made a few more updates.

At this point, we were tired of wrestling with him and just paid him the balance, even though he had not finished all the work. We hired a web company out of Minnesota. They finished making all the changes AND corrected some back office functionality AND updated some of our graphics for a fraction of Einstein's Eyes' cost. We learned a very bitter $1,500 lesson - do more research on the company before signing on the line.

Einstein's Eyes maintains our web site, that was created by someone else. They are very responsive and communicate updates quickly. We hope to have Einstein's Eyes in the near future completely update and revamp our website to Word Press! Love the professionalism and communication!

For the past 1 years I've worked with Joe Costantino (owner) and Jett Pinckard (developer) at Einstiens Eyes. Their service has always been courteous, prompt, and accurate with many good suggestions. I highly recommend them!

I have worked on a couple of website projects with this company and both experiences went exactly as promised even though delays occurred from our side. They are skilled with technically complicated requests and very good at asking enough questions before starting the project to understand what is required to build the site, and flexible throughout the project to accommodate further questions and ideas. Highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY WITH THEM. The worst experience I have had with US companies: 1)they are a bunch of rookies; they are not professional; 2) employees coming and going, so no one will work on your project except the owner Joe himself; 3) they will never do what you ask, but promised everything; 4) delayed our website for more than 2 months and still not done and asking more money; 5) if something wrong with the project, they find all kind of excuses, such as the contact is not correct, human resource issues, never agreed. I wish I could give them 0 star.

They were not responsive in keeping our web-site (that they created ) up to date. The employee turn over is very high at EE. They never let you know by simple email when some one is fired who has been in charge of your account for the last two years-they never send out any client updates as to who you shoud be contacting -new person assigned to your account--until --like me -I finally got a response when I said I was writing a review on Yelp. They make you pay in advance for all hours. Stay away!
