Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Good when it works. I have one of their HDMI audio extractors and one HDMI switch. both stopped working at the 13 month mark. Have been trying to get in contact with customer support to no avail.

Did not intend a 3 by any means I review allot of products on youtube and have been using a bit of yours and found them to be great. I worked at Biway media in houston at the time but not any longer. its Michael Dean I bought sdi to hdmi, hdmi encoder, and a few other products im still using today. thanks
