Great company to work for! They take a lot of pride in their industry knowledge and on-going training for all their employees. If you work hard and follow the program, the pay plan is designed to reward you heavily! They give you options for growth even though it's a small company, which is great. The company has a good vibe, employees are friendly but take their jobs seriously, and the owner is very involved. Would recommend this company to anyone that is highly driven, dedicated, and looking for a career.
