Terrible customer service and a horrible experience for me. I spent the extra money on a human hair wig thinking it would be better quality and it began matting at the base of my neck the second time that I wore it. When I contacted Louis Ferre they informed me that they couldn't deal with me and they would only deal with the salon that sold me the wig.
They stated that because it was their most popular wig and they seldom get complaints regarding this wig that I must've done something. Really? I sit at a desk all day, what would I be doing that would cause the wig to mat? Within 2 hours of wearing the wig it looks like someone has teased it. They wouldn't consider exchanging it or giving me a a credit toward another wig.basically their message was "tough luck".
I would've never purchased a wig if I didn't need it for medical reasons and I certainly will never purchase anything from this company again. I recommend that you don't either.
