I bought Travel guard Insurance AIG for a flight for my friend to go from Cincinnati to Austin Texas to visit her cousins. It was a gift from me to her and she had to cancel for medical reasons. She might loose her Leg and Travel Guard insurance which I paid for will not give me a refund I have fought them for 3 weeks I believe when you pay for a service the company you got that service through should honor there agreement

The Cincinnati Better Business Bureau is non-responsive to inquiries from the business members that pay them a monthly fee. The Accredited Business Engagement specialist assigned to our account stated after voicemail number 3 that the best way to reach her was via email. After several emails and subsequent calls to Erica Middleton there is still no response.

I am now active in the Dayton BBB and receive stellar service. I have called the main line to the Cincinnati office as well and can't reach a human being. All I originally wanted to do was move my service to the Dayton branch after my business address changed. Now they have billed me for the third month of service since I began attempting to have my Cincinnati service transferred to Dayton.

I have been left with no recourse aside from letting the Cincinnati business community know that the service in their region is deplorable by any measure. I only hope that at some point someone in the Cincinnati office will pick up the phone or return an email and we can get my business account cancelled and refund the several months of dues payments at $44 each.

Great service. I felt I had no where to turn to help with a warranty issue I had spend months trying to resolve so I decided to go to the BBB. The company I had an issue with contacted me right away and the issue was resolved better than I expected. I was extremely happy with the results and fast response. I have never used the BBB before but I'm glad I did I'm very impressed.

I am most appreciative of the BBB for handling my case. It took me months of trying to do things on my own and obtaining the run around from the company that refused to help me. The BBB was contacted and remained diligent in assuring the company was doing what they were supposed to, to correct my problem. I have used the BBB several times and I love you all and thank you all for everything.

You are an Amazing company with great staff that take pride in their job. That alone shows greatness because not many people go the extra mile to work at anything these days. You all show that work means just that, to work and get things done. BE BLESSED ALWAYS.

The business did not respond to my case complaint. When there is no response within 30 days, I think the BBB should do a follow up with that business instead of dropping the case and telling the customer to pursue other options. Opening the BBB case was no different then me sending the business an email and not getting a response. I expected the BBB to do more than send 1 email to the company.

I was having difficulty receiving a refund from a nationally known chain store. When I contacted the store, I kept getting the run around. After many hours spent trying to resolve the issue, I contacted the BBB. Almost immediately the store management called me and made the necessary corrections. It was very easy to go online to the BBB site, fill out the necessary information, and then participate in the resolution. I am so thankful this service is available! Thank you Better Business Bureau!

I had a large addition that was several months late with very little communication from the vendor. I did notice that things did get moving shortly after reaching out to BBB (thank you). However, when updates come from BBB, there is only an ACCEPT / REJECT option. If you accept the comment, they indicate that you are stating the issue is fully resolved. which it has not so I rejected with comment.

The job is only 1/2 complete and learned that BBB closed the complaint as complete but customer still unsatisfied! This is not complete and there is no clear way to re-open the complaint. I believe BBB is being measured on the length of time the complaints are open. if they stay open too long, they get rated accordingly. I believe they closed the complaint too soon and now don't know if the vendor will actually complete the build in a timely basis now that the complaint is closed.

I had a problem with Oral B's satisfaction guarantee refund promise (run by Procter & Gamble) as they kept not sending me my refund card. If not for the Better Business Bureau helping me (they had to send several messages to the company), I would not have received my $200 back, despite clearly following all of the stipulations. I GREATLY appreciate the BBB standing up for consumers-thanks!

After weeks of calling the Cincinnati Enquirer on an almost daily basis to get the paper delivered to our house instead of the top of a shared driveway, I finally decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Once I did this I immediately got a call from a manager and he followed up every day until we finally got the paper delivered to the right place. We really got no help with this issue until the Better Business Bureau stepped in. I was very pleased that this avenue worked to fix our issue.
