Very professional and friendly. Jimmy worked with me and solved the issue my computer was having. It was a very complicated issue but Jimmy said he "didn't want to give up on it." He even followed up with me for a few days after while I was working out some of the less complicated things. I feel like I could just call up there and ask for simple advice and they would help me. Very reasonably priced. My PC has been running great ever since.

My husband and me had camera's installed from Digital Solutions and the service was terrible. They are not professional and as soon as they get paid they are done. The will not follow up and will not return phone calls. I would recommend going some place else.

They replaced a damaged screen on my laptop. I had already purchased the replacement screen from Dell (137.00) and was charged 85.00 for labor. One day service, no issues, works perfectly.

I used their services today and can say that before I went, I was really nervous about asking someone I didnt know to help on a computer problem. I dealt with a guy by the name of Jimmy, and can say I will definately go back in the future. Though a small shop, they have a great selection of laptops and accessories, as well as security equipment for your home.

They are very knowledgable in their field. Something I loved about the visit, they are very friendly and personable, not stuck up, and answer any questions you have. I definately would recommend them, give your money to a small business not to big companies like Best Buy/Geek Squad!
