Amanda worked with Lancaster DHIA to design an updated logo that was more descriptive about our focus. From the beginning, Amanda was curious with us on what we were looking for. She provided some great designs per our requests that helped us further refine our ideas. Our organization also solicited feedback from Team Members in the process. This lead to more revisions that Amanda was very responsive on. Our organization is excited about our updated logo and actively taking steps to implement.

I have been using WebTek for a lot of years now and I simply cant say enough about how incredible they work as a team. We have strategy sessions on a regular basis which keeps our digital platform new, fresh, and consistent. I have worked with other digital marketing firms, and web design companies, and WebTek is heads above all of them.

Don't waste you time or money. I've been in business over 25 years and have never been treated this poorly by anyone. Webtek built a new site for me. The site itself turned out okay. The problem was they launched my site under the redirect URL which caused me to lose my position with Google (which most times was on the first page). When we were nowhere to be found on the web their answer was " Google must have seen something they didn't like and repositioned you".I don't know if they didn't realize they made the mistake or were trying to hide it, but I had to have another professional figure out why I lost my position.

When I confronted them about it, instead of apologizing and offering to help get my position, they stuck to their Google story and advised me that the money I was spending with them on SEO was not working and I needed to start a pay per click campaign. The only way I could get back on the first page was to buy my way on. So far in lost position, lost sales and pay per click fees this mistake has cost me about $ 40,000.00.

I have not even received a simple apology. They also made another mistake during the launch that caused me to not get any of my emails for two weeks. They placed the blame on my IT company and in the end it was their mistake.again no apology, and lastly did not make my site mobile friendly, which was the main reason I had it redone. My mobile site is the exact same site as the regular site which has to be pinched and stretched in order to view it.

When I questioned that, the answer was that it was the latest way to do it and everyone was going to it, meanwhile all other "mobile friendly" sites had a different format and were much easier to read. Now Google came out with a test for mobile friendly sites and mine FAILS! AGAIN. they won't own it. Nothing but a bunch of lies and excuses. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
