Sean and his team responded to my call in the evening, well after their normal work hours, and were able to ensure someone was sent out to help me by lunch the next day. They arrived on time and were quick to figure out what was wrong. Not only did they fix the immediate issue, but noticed another potential issue and preemptively dealt with it with no additional charge. Sean is a very professional person. Putting aside how fast he finished the job and he's work ethic. He's constant communication and updates on the situation are amazing. He replaced my water heater, I can't recommend him enough if you need a plumber. Just call him, when he shows up let him do his work. He will be in and out before you can finish saying hello.

I discovered that my hot water tank had leaked and 2 inches of water had flooded the basement, but even though it was 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday Sean came right over to assess the situation. He was very professional, polite, explained what had happened and made sure things were safe. He picked up a new hot water tank, installed it the very next day and also took the old tank away. Sean was very efficient, took the time to explain the functions and safety features of the new hot water tank, and left the area immaculately clean. Pricing was very reasonable and there was no pressure or upselling. I have and will continue to recommend Sean and Watson Ink Plumbing.
