When 30 days notice turns into 46 days: I cancelled my service with DIVERSE SOLUTIONS on June 14, expecting the charge to be prorated to July 14. Well, not with Diverse Solutions. They mean 30 days before their next billing on first of the month, although they don't say that in their TOS agreement. Certainly not consumer friendly, after I have been a customer for six years!

I have been a Diverse Solutions-Market Leader customer for the last few years. I decided to move on to another web platform and decided to cancel my service. I cancelled by the end on 12/29/18 of my contract month, since they bill on a monthly basis. I was charged for the January 2019 and was told that I had a 30 day cancellation period. I questioned this and they just sent me a word document that I saw for the 1st time! I wanted to let everyone know of the shady practices from the Market Leader company. I had a similar problem with them with another product two years ago. Be careful!

I agree with some of the other customers that the company is not much for customer service. The software is not as robust as other IDX tools and did not always function right. We did not use it fully, but what little we did was disappointing. When we went to cancel we were told a 30-day notice. We notified them in the middle of the month, so we had to pay the rest of that month plus an additional 30-days.
I expected to be pro-rated the last month, so that we gave the 30-day notice and paid only 30-days after our notice. Not the case. They would not work with us on this, so I will not be recommending them to other realtors.

Been using DS for a year now. Pretty bad customer service. Our MLS feed from DS has been broken on and off for 2 months now. They say it is a top priority but obviously not. And there does not seem to be any rush to fix it. Ask them how long they think they will need to fix the problem and they say a couple days to maybe a couple weeks. But it has been 2 months now. If I had to do it all over again I would NOT use this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I thought they were fine until I had a billing issue. My card had expired. I called billing 3 times over the course of a week and had to leave a voicemail each time. They did not return any of my THREE voicemails. I then called sales.again no one answered and I had to leave a voicemail a FOURTH time. All 4 of these calls were during business hours. These guys are a joke.

Horrible customer service and their technology is not functioning properly. On March 15th, I realized that the custom polygon option was not working properly. I contacted Diverse and was told that they would notify me when it was corrected. As of today, March 31st, it is still not corrected.over a week later. I requested a credit for this inconvenience and was totally denied! For the amount of $$ I pay per month for this service, it should be working properly.

I have used Diverse Solutions IDX products for about 4 years now. My clients love using the mobile version of the property search and the map search product. When I have a problem, I call customer service and they are very professional at solving the problem. When they are unable too, they open a ticket and send it to programming to evaluate the issue.
I have spoken to Lindsay (and other staff members), mentioned in a previous review, in the past and she provides excellent service as well. I have over 400 customized links that I have set up over the years that work great. The live Chat works great because it transfers to my cell phone's sms text message so when I am out of the office I can chat with clients live. Also, I find that Diverse Solutions is open to developing new products that help me as a real estate professional. I generate 90% of the my real estate clients from my online presence using Diverse Solutions products.
