Overpriced for marginal quality work. Charging $29 for hosting setup which takes 5 minutes and is free for you then another $150 a year per client? Unreal price gouging. You guys pay Godaddy a one time fee of around $100 per year for deluxe hosting which allows you to host unlimited accounts on it. So basically screwing people just on hosting which is basic stuff means nobody in their right mind should consider getting higher end work done.meaning basically any type of work since hosting shouldn't even be on a web designer's site as an offered service. Amateurs.

Terrible experience here. Every day Trish would pester, harras, and bully me while I was at my desk trying to work peacefully. She is the reason I left, in fact if she was not there I probably would have stayed. I'm a grown adult man and I felt like Eric and Trish behaved like they were my parental overlords.

We've used Website Center now for over 3 years. Both websites that we had built with Eric and his team are producing great results. One of the best things I love about working with Website center is the personal customer service we receive, If I have an issue I can always get it fixed right away same day. Waste of time! Huge lose of money! It's extremely sad when you trust in a company to enhance your business and are left with massive disappointment. The project took over three months and they used a simple non-custom template. Anyone with slight computer comprehension skills could've created. The original website designer I met with left the company (wounded why) and I was not informed of this till weeks later.

Meanwhile spending end less hours adding products (1,000 +) to a wordpress website with hopes of the original agreement of its potential I was left in the dark. I walked in to Websitecenter knowing what I wanted and needed. I never changed my mind last minute. I'm realistic person and had simple expectation every time I asked for something they said it could not be done.

In the original meeting they emphasize whatever we want, they can do. The search engine was pathetic, "Mobile Friendly" was completely unrealistic, dealer Login didn't work it was sent to a wordpress back door. I really could go on but whatever you do, DO NOT consider Websitecenter! Please I hope this saves you the trouble!
