Rebecca did my burgundy balayage and she just did an amazing job. I was quite hesitant about the color and I was very specific about the tones of this color. She patiently listened to all my details and gave me exactly what I imagined. I am loving my balayage Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely the worst! My hair was pretty light (towards blonde) and I was hoping to go to down a light brown/ashy colour. The colour turned out to be extremely dark and it was not even the same colour I chose from the beginning. Really disappointed with the service either. Rebecca (the hair stylist) knew I was not really happy but she didn't care. Just want to get me out of the salon asap. Should I go back to this salon again? Hmmmm a hard pass.

I've been going there exclusively for the last 2 years and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great haircut. Rebecca and team are friendly and professional and I always feel and look great after leaving. Try them!

Rebecca takes the time to talk to you.she absolutely delivered what i was chasing in a haircut. Loved the mini massage and glass of wine. Was a really nice experience. Definitely would visit again.

I dont usually go to salons but im glad i did, had best head massage ive ever had! Not that iv had many haha, but it was amazing! The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable, having a beer while getting my hair cut was an added bonus to this experience! Highly recommend this place to my mates!

I have been coming to Aradise for many years now, almost since they first opened and I will honestly never go anywhere else again! The service is better than anywhere I have ever experienced.the location, the salon vibe, the decor, the drinks, the head massage, the products they use, the customer service.it's a real pamper session! The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional.

I usually have Rebecca who is so amazing at what she does and my hair has never looked better or been in better condition. I just love coming in for my appointment each time and would highly recommend to everyone!

From the moment I stepped into this salon, the vibe was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was cold and almost felt like you were judged for being there to receive a service. Then the treatment- the hairdresser did not explain the treatment properly and that it would cost extra. I've been to many hair salons that does treatment and this would be the worst experience.

I spent most of the time just waiting in my chair for the treatment to sit or to be washed. The scalp massage was poor quality in fact I wouldn't even call it a massage just one or two presses and that was it. Then the blow dry. This was not explained it needed to be a separate appointment or additional cost to have it blow dry. I had a dinner to attend after and my hair was worst off than when I came in.

I should've just left it in a bun because that was what I had to do. And despite me feeling upset and disappointed at the end, there was no empathy or apology. The client was blamed. The nearby lurking person ( i assume to be manager) did not bother to intervene and just gave the look. Is this what customer service is about? What a joke?! Such a waste of money and time. I would agree with Nicole to steer clear! And Ellemae captured the experience accurately! What a rip off!

I came in for a wash and blowdry that I was quoted $65 over the phone. The salon was very nice and the stylist was very professional, but I felt like I could have done a better job myself. I went in expecting a full round brush blowdry, instead she blast dried most of my hair and then I had to ask for the stylist to use a round brush as my hair doesn't last when it's been blasted.

She then started to straighten my hair with patches still visibly wet. I was then charged $80 for my service which I felt was very steep for what I received. Over all the salon was lovely and so were the staff but quality and price was a 2 out of 5.

Awesome staff who know what they are talking about and doing, they know lots of info about the products and take their time with you. Absolutely loved my treatment and style my hair felt and looked amazing! Super funky salon that's easy to get to in the city.
