PAFA is on my top 10 places to take visitors who enjoy innovation and the arts. The museum was a pioneer in training and celebrating female artists since the 1800s. This commitment is reflected thoughtfully in how they curate their collection and offer multicultural programming as well. They change exhibits 4 times a year, and talks are free with a membership. The museum is accessible to public transportation-just a few blocks from City Hall.

Had the museum to myself since we were shooting a project within it. I must say it's a well kept museum with a lot to take in.

I remember taking my first class here, art of the jest. However now I return to see our beloved clown mascot gone? And now we are barred from entry when wearing our makeup? It's like I took 4 years of intermediate/advanced juggling for nothing

This is a wonderful museum that has modern art as well as more traditional paintings and sculptures. The older building is such an architectural treasure that it's with visiting the museum.

The modern art building can be seen in five minutes. The old building is what's really worth visiting. This is just my opinion of course!

It is well worth going just to see the Thomas Eakins painting "Portrait of Dr. Samuel G. Gross" or "The Gross Clinic". It is truly exceptional. They share it with the Philadelphia Museum of Art so its only here half the time. They have other exceptional pieces of early American art.

Temple students get in for free! Cool place with interesting pieces. There's no particular order to where the pieces are, it's all kind of in the same place. There's currently a theme they have going called "Swarm." Their gift shop was great too.

Free admission on President's Day, the day we visited. This art museum is spacious, neatly laid out, and well-curated overall. The 'World War I and American Art' exhibition was of particular interest, showing the public response to the war and what life in the battlefield was like, especially for those who experienced it first-hand. Stayed for two hours, which was enough to see all exhibits on two floors.
