I've been a client with Cybersharks for over a year. I've been extremely pleased especially these past few days. I had some major server issues. Ron, Chris, and Jefferson worked non-stop to get my business working at full force. I never had to worry about data loss because of the proper planning that went on with multiple backups. I even called after typical business hours yesterday, Ron worked his magic to get us up and running. Highly recommend this company & people.

DO NOT USE! I Called this company had them commit to being to a job site for computer work, but had zero calls at or around the time they told me they would be there. followed up with them on the next business day and they told me they would be 2-3 more days before getting there. at this point they argued with me and were extremely rude. I would not recommend them for anything if you want a reliable company who treat there customers with respect and like they care. extremely frustrated with them.

I work with a company that has four locations in Greenville with four separate networks.
