The quality of the products is really good. Probably the best themes on the market. The page builder is really easy to use. I struggled a little at the beginning, with all the options and everything. But then, when you know where to find everything, there is almost nothing you can't do. And I'm not even a programmer. I can definitely recommend it.

The sign up form does not include an user-produced password making it impossible to log in right after payment. There if also no automated email confirmation system after buying a subscription. I informed them of the situation via email and tried the password recovery link. The latter eventually worked, but the email with the recovery link took some three hours to arrive. In sum, a cumbersome experience!

I just got a membership and the support was like not there. Waited several days and got no response in their so called 'support' forums. By not giving up and claiming support, what I paid for, I got banned but no money back. Had to make use of the PayPal buyers protection finally to get my money back.

Pretty solutions.but very arrogant support. Issues go unfixed for years - simple things. And rather than post to their own support forums, to at least save their customers hours upon hours, they let issue hang unresolved. Deeply frustrating. And then they basically suggest you find another solution - after you've embedded their flawed stuff in your website. Avoid, even if you're impressed with the sales pitch.
