Great company to work with! We are a general contracting company based in Atlanta, that rely heavily on phones and communication. We were having problems with missed calls, etc., when our contractors were out in the field. They found a solution where our contractors can be in touch with customers at all times, and because of that we aren't missing communication with customers and it has helped increase our revenue! We needed help figuring out how to communicate with our sales people better. They are on the road all the time and found they weren't checking messages on a regular basis. With our hosted phone system installed by MRC Solutions all voice mails are now emailed directly to our sales people. The great thing is when we hire an employee MRC Solutions can set up their phone remotely and have them operational within minutes. It was a great decision going with MRC Solutions and our hosted phone service they recommended.

My Truck is my office, rather than use my personal phone for business I downloaded this app that allowed me to have all my documents and logs under one roof. I don't have to track my mileage this app does it for me. I login in before I begin and the app take care of the rest. MRC Solution helped me with my business office solution home and on the road. Great customer services.
