Services
Catalyst is a data collection product for behavior analysts and behavior technicians, with a mobile app and responsive SaaS app. The product helps therapists analyze and output data more easily for therapy sessions with autistic clients. My focus as the Lead Product/UX Designer was to redesign the app and portal to be easier to use, improve the product design, and to reduce support tickets related to the user experience prior to my arrival. As part of the core scrum team, I collaborated most with the Product Owner, Engineers, SMEs, and Stakeholders.
