HLM will not stop spamming my email with another clients private reports. I've tried to tell the company to stop sending me this information. I've contacted them personally 4 times through email. They keep telling me they will stop but every month I still keep receiving someone else's confidential information for accounts that I am not attached too.

Today it escalated to an unhealthy phone conversation as I attempt to protect my personal privacy as well as that of the company whose information they keep sending me. I would think a Tech company would know how to keep information private. Guess not.

The schema they developed did not have our business name spelled correctly or only incorporated part of our business name. The SEO they worked on from July to present actually lowered my SEO ratings. When I brought this up last month they said it was a concern, yet it took me working with outside people to realize these mistakes. When I approached them 6 days ago I was told it would be looked into and then I had to follow up myself after almost a week of hearing nothing. I am a small business and $900 a month to be marginalized is pretty expensive. Would not recommend.
