I have been with this company for years, recently they have refused to accept emails for updates and also refuse telephone calls about anything, instead they direct you to a page where you can purchase updates. $1,000 per page is ridiculous, when I signed up, I was allowed 1 hour of updates per month where I could call or email and it seems they are getting so big they feel they no longer need to communicate with their customers.

My website is a reasonably important part of my business and I am disappointed in what this company has turned into. I would beware before placing your business in their hands.
