We don't have any pre-made designs to fit into. Each design is designed to our customers requirements. We want to assist our customers engage with others and to make that process easy. We want their visual face to the world to be about them, not about us. At SolsticeSun Design we want to aid customers manage and maintain their own site to the degree that they are comfortable doing this.

I have been a freelance contractor for almost 20 years, in each and every place that I have worked, I have signed confidentiality agreements. I take those very seriously. This is part of why I am a great contractor -- that, and my willingness to take on what needs to be done, sometimes before it has been assigned to me.
Where I think the next focus should be, for Agile development, is how does Agile rollout affect the end user or client. Often cutting costs, in the short term, can be more expensive over time. One place this is often forgotten is the internal tools built by and used within a company. Your employees tools ands procedures should both be bought and built with forethought as to how they will make your workers more productive.
You are given a group of individuals, all with separate strengths and weaknesses to shape into a working group - a team. Some of them are used to being the team star, others feel feel more comfortable in a supporting role, and some have had bad experiences working in a team. The first thing is to let them know you see them all as valuable.
