I used this design service for my small online shop. I had no idea how to do anything. They walked me through setting up a Paypal, as well as using the site they created to track my sales. I found them easy to talk to and responsive to all questions. I actually spoke to them many times over the phone. I was also very satisfied the website design when it was finished. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.
