Practical Creative was hosting our web site for many years. Recently our site went down, I tried calling them and there was no answer, so I got their address from the invoice and their web site and drove to the address. The address on record is a UPS store and there is no way to contact them. This is where I went to find them. Good Luck everybody.
I also sent them an e-mail but never got any response. I am attaching that e-mail at the bottom. Finally we went with Shopify and are starting the process all over again. Shopify has 24/7 support and fairly inexpensive. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Practical Creative and not sure about their business ethics. Nobody has contacted me since my web site went down and today is Sept 30th, 2020.
Copy of my e-mail to Kim Just the owner. Hello Kim: American Plastics web site has been down since Monday night. I have tried many times to contact your office by phone but I am not able to get any person on the phone. Finally on Tuesday Sept 15, 2020 I did talk to some gentleman in your office ( Sorry forgot his name ) and was told that your server was attached by a Ransomware and that he was trying to install the programs from the backup system and we should be up by Wednesday Morning. Wednesday morning we were still down and I called many times and finally talked to the gentleman ( Sorry for the name ) in your office and was promised that we will be up soon.
It is Friday Night now and we are still down and no one in your office is answering the phone. I tried calling all day. Your main line does not even ring and nothing happens. I did leave you a message on your cell phone but no answer till now. Please advise when we should expect to be up and running again as we are loosing money everyday the web site is down. I NOTICED THAT YOUR WEB SITE IS UP AND RUNNING ALREADY AND NOT MINE. Hopefully I will get some answers soon. Best Regards Gary
