I would have given negative stars if there was an option to. We engaged Manic Design for a website development project and was left utterly disappointed, with a website that is unfinished and terrible support given after payment was made in full. to be fair, we delayed the project for a year due to a merger exercise and we couldn't finalize things until a year later.
But that being said, we still deserved a proper service and delivery of the project until the end because we completed our payment in full as promised. I ended up having to engage someone from freelancer.com who did a perfect job cleaning up everything else that was left undone by Manic Design at less than $1000, on time on budget.
