Thank you for all your help and excellent design out the Anderson's South Shore Resort website! Arc Northland worked with the Faster Solutions team, spearheaded by Andrea, to create and launch our new website. Andrea was professional, helpful, and patient with us, as we are a busy organization and time is tight. In Feb. of '19 I approached FS looking for updates to my website.They admitted they did not know my site's coding language but assured me they would figure it out. After explicitly communicating that I didn't have the budget to pay for their education about the language, they assured me that it was no problem.

Two words, faster Solutions, OVER DILIVERS. They made our team website for our none profile mountain program. They had brilliant and creative ideas such as making our home page an auto playing video background with all the videos our kids summited to them of themselves out riding. On top of the creativity and expertise in their field they also have outstanding organization and service.
They had an outline for every part of the designed and timelines to go along with it. They would also set up hour long zoom meetings every week to go over different aspects of the website and design with me, so that I felt 100% involved in the process and in control of the final product. And best of all anytime I had a question I would receive a response within and an hour or two which is amazing customer service you will have a hard time finding this kind of service anywhere else these days.
They than taught me the basics about adding small sections and maintenances of our website when they were done making it. I not only will recommend Faster Solutions but am actively advertising for them as I am so pleased with the service and product I received from them.

Faster Solutions has been fantastic to work with. I brought up an idea for a very simplistic (Yugo) website and we have a (Cadillac) solution in practically no-time. The folks there were very receptive and have met our every request from concept to publishing. All reviews of the website from our clientele have been fantastic. And that's coming for a more senior user group so user friendliness of the website is outstanding.
And the format allows us to view it on tablets, mobiles phones, etc.to cater to a more diverse audience at almost any time; not just when you are sitting at a PC. The staff at Faster Solutions has gone out of their way to provide us with a memorable website experience that we plan to refer to and update many times into the future. Here's another Five-Star review for Faster Solutions and all of the great work and expertise they have provided us over the 10+ years we have been working with them. Our most recent website redesign fit us perfectly and the new site won a Gold Award in a national competition.the judges cited the clean and engaging design, site organization and content, and the overall function as outstanding.
