WebDefine.com was founded in 2005 by Bethany Cahours, who brought to the company her experience in web design and development, as well as graphic design, programming, customer service, problem solving, content management, and project management. She grew a client base through word of mouth marketing in local organizations such as BNI (Business Networking International) and the Chamber of Commerce. Today, she still runs the company and is involved in all aspects of each project, making sure design, development, programming, and marketing is done according to her exacting standards and the specifications of the client.
