Customer service is something that is being lost in today's society. Every business is asking for more clients, so they can make more profit. I like profit, too. After all I like to eat, but I believe in treating people like people and not like a number. I hope you understand where I'm coming from.After being in business for a few years, I started to realize that the more clients that I had, the less attention I could give to each individual client. There are only a certain amount of hours in the day, and I couldn't devote as much time as I would like to each client. I could only work on a client's site for an hour or two each day before going on to the next client's site. I felt flustered and rushed.
I started to realize that if I had less clients, and I worked on them one at a time until their project was completed, I would get more done, the quality of my website design or development would be better, and my clients would feel more appreciated.

I couldn't find the Adobe tutorial that showed me how to create a pie shape in Illustrator, and I spent several minutes trying to figure out how to do it again, so that is why I created this tutorial. I designed my website and maintained it for years. It was an okay website and it did its job. However, the more websites I looked at on the internet, made me realize that I need to make the site more professional. I got in contact with with Tom Nguyen of Mr. Technique. I had used Tom of Mr. Technique years ago to design a website for me and I was very pleased with what he did, so I decided to use him again. I needed a website to showcase my projects and YouTube videos. Tom had recommended using WordPress for its ease of use. I agreed, and Tom created a website that I could update myself. He gave me a very thorough consultation on using WordPress as well as basic SEO. With just the basics, I was generate more traffic than I had hoped for.

He paid close attention to the issues I needed resolved and was already working to solve them before our first meeting ended.
