I have worked with Lorraine for several years. Yes, she always responds quickly and competently about website questions. But I'm sending kudos out today because she answers non website questions about domains and emails. She never says "not my job" and sometimes includes a tad of research. You can't do better than Lorraine!

Where do I begin!? Lorraine was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations, and exceeded the level of customer service I had expected. Best money I ever spent. Every single dollar I gave to Lorraine and her team at ACS has come back to me 10 fold or more as a result of the stellar work they've done for me. I've worked with other companies in this industry who charge twice as much for half the value. Lorraine in particular has always gone above and beyond to deliver the very best work on time and on budget.

Assisting a Boomer with anything technological is not for the faint of heart. Lorraine listens to the many questions and ideas I have for my website. She then tells me what would work, suggests what might work better, figures out how to make it happen and is firm about what will not work. She has saved me stress and many a misstep.
