We had been trying to get a new website set up for about two years with different web designers, but we kept having trouble with the payment gateway for online credit card payments. Even Bianca was having issues when she first came on as our designer. As the controller, I stepped in, determined to get this working! It was then that I experienced the FRUSTRATION that our web designers had been feeling.
I could NOT get the credit card processor to help us in any way or even let us speak to their technical people to try to accomplish this connection! I was about to fire them, despite a good, lengthy working relationship and cheap rates when Bianca figured out the problem! She heard through her grapevine that the gateway we were using was actually defunct, but since companies were still using it, they were just letting it limp along.
They weren't actually supporting it. But the credit card processor had other gateways to offer. All we had to do was move from one gateway to another, still with our same processor, and everything worked out just fine. The transition was easy and we're still getting our cheap rates! Yea! All because Bianca knows the industry. I feel very fortunate that she was the one designing our website!

Bianca is absolutely amazing! I had a very urgent project, and she was so accommodating to help get the completion done as soon as possible. She didn't hesitate to step in and take the reins and mentor the rest of the team on what needed to be done to get the project completed! She provided clear, concise direction with such kindness and patience, too.
