We were having difficulty with the open rate on emails sent to our members. The open rate was very low, and it was a consistent problem. Karen Leonard helped by discovering that we needed to make changes in the chamber's DNS code, something we didn't know. Once Karen gave us the correct code, our website administrator made the change and ever since we have had at least a 30% open rate on chamber emails sent through Constant Contact. Thank you, Karen!

Membership inquiries are up. Interest in our organization is growing. People are finding us. All of this is thanks to a website that accurately showcases who we are and what we do. IGV's professionalism, patience, and creativity led to a redesigned website that moved us from an antiquated platform to a dynamic site that is easy to update and maintain.
