I write this review to thank Yasmin and Lacey and all those that got involved in helping me last night. I realized I had a crisis with my website after business hours. They reached back out to me and helped me fix the problem on there own personal family time. I have been with them for almost 10 years they helped my website come to life and gain great ranking status.

I trust them and I truly felt as if I was part of there Mainstreet host family as they group called me and helped me fix my problem. I never feel like I am number I truly feel they care I really love and appreciate them I believe they continually work at keeping my website relevant Thanks again

I highly recommend Mainstreethost. I have worked with Ryan over the past year, and have been very impressed with his technical knowledge, his professionalism, and his results. I came to this process with very little knowledge about the technical aspects. I use the internet extensively, just like everybody else, but my technical knowledge is just average. Ryan at Mainstreethost has a real gift for explaining what I need to know in a way that is accessible, while utilizing his extensive knowledge for my benefit.

I got personal attention from Ryan, not just emails or a form to fill out. I'm not even two weeks into this and all I can say is that I'm extremely happy with the service I'm receiving from everyone at Mainstreethost, but especially my tech Ryan Okiec. For the first time in ten years I feel like the right people are working on my site and Ryan is asking all the right questions and guiding me along the way. I didn't like that they bragged that they drove traffic to my site but I got none. I asked them to transfer the hosting back to my site and while it took some. Back and forth to get them to do so but they made it right. So 4 stars.

My experience with MainstreetHost is a positive one. My website is getting more traffic. The personnel at MainstreetHost are responsive and very helpful.

Ryan Okiec has been such an informative personnel to work on this journey. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he not only answer the question but educate me as well. Such a pleasure to work with him.

I can not say enough great things about Main Street Host. I have worked primarily with Ryan O and his service is outstanding. If I have a question or need help with something he is right there. He has been a lifesaver for me and my company. The website development and the SEO work he has done for my two companies has been awesome. I just got a very weird call from Michelle from Main Street Host. She advised that there was an invoice for services that were unpaid. In the middle of her speaking she quickly stated, "oh yeah, this call is being recorded". She stuttered a little bit and I asked, "did you say we were being recorded?" She then stated yes, this is normal for calls to be recorded, but I said shouldn't you have told me at the beginning of the conversation, and she stated no, the middle of a conversation is when you need to let someone know.

I then asked if this was a scam and she started to give me her age and ask me if I was being made to feel uncomfortable. She continued on stating that we had an unpaid invoice, but didn't give me a cost or information of what it was for. I asked if I specifically owe any money and what for, she then stated "no". This was definitely a scam trying to get me to fall for her spiel.

Jim Kloppenborg has given me excellent service. Jim is very responsive to questions and if he doesn't know the answer, he researches it and gets back to me. Jim is professional, personable and friendly. Doing business with Jim at Mainstreethost has been an extremely positive experience. Thank you for your superior customer service.

MainStreetHost has provided me with excellent design and technical support in regard to managing and updating my company's three websites over the past many years. They are a key asset in maintaining my company's 40 years of successful operations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any company from a start up to a long-standing one.

Absolutely the worst service I've experienced all around - content writing, web design, SEO, etc. We paid $8700 for all of these services, seven months later we got what I and anyone in my industry would call "a joke." For that amount of money, you would probably expect the content writer to research the topics, have a general understanding of the services, and do their homework.

In our case we got a homepage that had historical and scientific errors made that you would expect of a 3rd grader. in fact, our entire website was full of writing errors and errors of fact. The website design, BAD. I had to personally take the site and redo the design. I'll leave it at that. Last. The manager for all of this was very defensive and rude at the end of the project. Very unprofessional and not a good experience. Run

Signed up in early December last year, gave them all the access, and got a few pages of content and 20 product descriptions. That's it! For around $3000, they did not even bother to give me a report in more than 4 months. After I complained, they sent me an analytics report + a ranking change sheet. Real organic traffic from their keywords is virtually non-existent.

When I called to cancel, I was told that they would just stop doing "SEO" and no refunds. NOTHING! The package was a 12-month package, and I canceled in the 5th month. Do yourself and your business a favor and stay away from these people. UPDATE: They reached out and offered a partial refund. I also had forgot to mention that they did on-page SEO for 10 pages. Emily reached out to me and she was nice and professional and if I ever decide to work with them again, they owe it to her.

One star: I gave this firm a lot of money to do seo and website content. Signed a one year contract December 2019. They put some effort in the first month but after that, it was one quick phone call each month by the account coordinator followed by an email with a ranking and traffic report, The account manager who sold me the 12 month plan spoke to me twice.

In December 2020 and December 2021. Set up my google ad spending, but did not even monitor it for me. They will blame covid for the poor performance of my web site endeavor, but that was not the case. The company did not put in the effort or the time on my site.

To the Mainstreethost team: I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my exposure on the internet. It's been a long time since my phone has rang this much with real customers (and not just spam calls -- LOL!). and all while we're in the middle of a pandemic! I am just thrilled and owe it to MainStreetHost that people are finally able to find me.

The initial investment was hard to do, not knowing if I would see a return on my investment or how long that would take. Now, I'm seeing it's the best investment I could have made. And, I'm much appreciative that the company worked with me on delayed payments while I was shut down during the pandemic. Not only do you guys do great work, but you care about your clients as well. Thanks to you and the team!

We've used their' services for a long time. probably over 7 or 8 years. I trust them, feel like I know them well. when we moved to a new location, (an hour away) people were still showing up at the old location and it was a mess, glad I had them to help me out! Plus Darlene is a familiar friendly voice I look forward to speaking with.

These people do not stop with their phone sales harassment. They feel a sense of entitlement to keep calling and do not respect the National Do Not Call Registry. When you talk with them about stopping the calls, they are obnoxious, rude, and argue about what they think is their right to keep calling. I wouldn't dream of doing business with them. They conduct themselves like a bunch of criminals.

A huge scam! They overpromise and deliver absolutely nothing. They overcharged you huge bucks and threaten you when you try to cancel. Do not trust this company with your money or your web traffic! Any real company worth doing business with wouldn't have a one star yelp review.

The perfect scammers. Force me to do another yearly contract. Spend in this company around 20k for nothing, the only think they care is about the money

A few years ago I spent big bucks for Main Street Host to increase my SEO, aimed to help schools contact me for business. With their guidance, I created a "landing page" that was supposed to make it easier for my business to be found. On my home page there was a prominent heading: Learn More. That took visitors to the landing page, where, besides information, was a contact form to fill out.

Some customers used that form to reach me. Then there was a long stretch with no tries from that contact form. So, over a span of a few days, I filled out the form and sent in contact information. Nothing. So I asked Main Street Host about that. Oops, they had deactivated that contact form, for no reason and without notifying me. So people tried to reach me, innocently expecting a quick response, but I never knew they had tried. Potential customers lost. Main Street Host has reactivated the contact form. No apologies. Avoid this outfit!

Just had a client fleeced out of 1200 for "SEO services" Thankfully he contacted us before it got too far. High pressure snake oil sales. THIEVES, (they were fined over 40 grand for abuse of reviews)

What ever you do, do NOT waste your time or money with Mainstreethost. My sales person over-promised and under delivered. My account rep dropped the ball over and over. Even after I asked to be re-assigned, she contacted me. to renew my hosting contract, nonetheless! While the Wordpress site that I had them build for me was adequate, a site that I built myself with Wix got more traffic and inquiries in a FRACTION of the time. P.S., for all of this horrible customer service, I paid a nice premium price. Save your time. Save your money. Go elsewhere.
